Customer Excellence Analyst

Gellert Global Group seeks a Customer Excellence Analyst to enhance service for wholesale food service, retail, and industrial customers. In this role, you will analyze order, service, and logistics data to uncover trends, drive service-level improvements, and support issue resolution across global supply chains. You'll collaborate with sales, logistics, and procurement to streamline processes, document best practices, and maintain performance dashboards. This position offers exposure to international trade and operations in a stable, relationship-driven organization with room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, order, and logistics data to identify trends and service issues.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards on key customer and service KPIs.
• Partner with sales, logistics, and procurement to resolve service problems and improve processes.
• Document customer service workflows and recommend continuous improvements.
• Support implementation of customer excellence initiatives across the organization.
• Monitor performance against service-level agreements and escalate risks.
• Collaborate with global partners to align on order accuracy, fill rates, and on-time delivery.
• Provide analytical support for customer meetings and internal reviews.
