Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issue, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.

Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within allocated financial resources.

Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to successfully complete their tasks.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance future project delivery.

Handle the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including the creation, evaluation, and selection of vendors or service providers.
