Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Operations / Regional Manager for a growing, multi-location company operating approximately 10 locations. This role is focused on field operations and the setup, launch, and growth of a children’s indoor play and activity business.

• Oversee daily operations across multiple company locations
• Take an active role in the setup, opening, and scaling of a children’s indoor play concept
• Manage day-to-day field operations, workflows, and operational standards
• Coordinate staff scheduling, coverage, and team organization
• Monitor employee performance and provide hands-on support and coaching
• Assist with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of staff
• Work closely with payroll, time tracking, and attendance management
• Maintain high standards of safety, customer experience, and operational efficiency
• Prepare weekly operational and performance reports for ownership
• Support on-site promotions, events, and operational initiatives
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges in the field

• Previous experience in multi-location operations or regional management
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Native-level English and fluent Turkish (required)
• Must reside in North New Jersey
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, field-based role
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
