Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Franchise Business Coach works in partnership with franchisees and their teams to drive revenue and profitability through hands-on coaching and development, regularly scheduled site meetings, quarterly business plan development, KPI reviews, and brand excellence reviews. Franchisee engagement and satisfaction are our number one filter while elevating and inspiring all those around you.
Responsibilities- Engage with franchisees to drive revenue growth and profitability through coaching and development.
- Conduct regularly scheduled site meetings and quarterly business plan development.
- Perform KPI reviews and brand excellence evaluations.
- Support franchisee engagement and satisfaction as a primary objective.
- 7 years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role in business management, consulting with franchisees at the multi-unit level (preferably in fitness, health or wellness).
- 3-5 years of experience as a sales leader, trainer, and coach.
- 3-5 years of experience reviewing Franchisee P&Ls and developing action plans to address cost control or performance issues.
- Proven ability to positively impact membership increases, upgrades, P&L, member experience, or team growth.
- Strong leadership and ability to manage relationships with Franchisees to ensure compliance to brand standards through audits and trainings.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, standards of excellence, procedures, and ideas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey brand standards and priorities to franchisees and their teams.
- Knowledgeable in interviewing, hiring, and firing best practices.
- Willingness to travel 80-90% (road warrior).
