Production- Assembly Team Member

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful, energetic, and growing production and manufacturing team. Prime candidates have a knack for handling tools, a strong work ethic, enjoy working and possess some machine operating experience. Our thriving, reliable, and skilled team members enjoy a challenging, dynamic working environment directed by a supportive management team in our Kingston, PA warehouse.

• Operating routers, drill presses, table saws, plastic heat benders, sonic welders, buffing machines
• Start machinery and make adjustments to improve performance
• Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
• Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and record‑keeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor
• Comply with all safety regulations
• Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in the work area
• Be part of the team and help with other tasks when necessary
• Hours –
  1st Shift Only – 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday‑Friday (No Weekends Required)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience
• Must be detail‑oriented
• Understanding of production processes
• Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, and stand or walk for long periods of time in a fast‑paced environment
• Must have good attendance and be on time daily
• Computer skills a plus
