VP Disability Support Services
This is an onsite role, located in Paramus NJ, with a nonprofit focusing on individuals with disabilities. This is a great opportunity to make an impact as part of an amazing, mission-based organization. Compensation $120-150k base DOE.
In this role, the VP Disability Support Services will be:
- providing vital family services in the region
- providing vital leadership
- leading the design and supervision of programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities
- managing fiscal administration
- ensuring standards of care
- building family relationships and community engagement.
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience designing and supervising programs for developmentally disabled adults
- 5+ years of direct supervision of staff.
- familiarity with Medicaid, the primary payor source
- understanding the regulations for adults with disabilities
- familiarity with the licensing standards.
