What You'll Do
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents including assessment, monitoring, and treatment in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed while ensuring patient safety and compliance with medical protocols.
  • Monitor residents’ health status, vital signs, and clinical conditions, reporting any changes to physicians and the healthcare team.
  • Supervise and collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other support staff to ensure quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and care plans.
  • Assist with care planning, patient evaluations, and coordination of care with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents while maintaining infection control standards.
  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare staff.
  • Follow all facility policies, healthcare regulations, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
  • Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated with booster (documentation required)
  • Flu vaccination with documentation
  • Valid state-issued  driver’s license
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts (7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, or 11:00pm–7:00am
    )
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
  • Ability to pass background screening and required employment verification
The pay range for this role is:
60 - 60 USD per hour(DMAVA)#J-18808-Ljbffr
