As a
Shift Nurse at NCFL, you'll:

• Provide skilled nursing care and administer medications as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess individuals' health, documenting care in accordance with NCFL policies and Medicaid guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and direct support professionals to ensure exceptional care.
• Support individuals during daily activities, appointments, and community outings as needed.
• Promote health, safety, dignity, and independence while making a meaningful impact every day.

• Registered Nurse (RN): $45.00/hour
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $35.00–$38.00/hour
• Earn up to $52.50/hour for overtime! Employees regularly have opportunities to pick up additional shifts and significantly increase their earnings.

• Days: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evenings: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Overnights: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

What You'll Need:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current New Jersey RN or LPN license in good standing
• Current professional liability/malpractice insurance
  
  Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• A compassionate attitude and commitment to providing exceptional care
