Bergen Care Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a PRN Home Health role in New Jersey. The RN will assess patients in their homes, coordinate care with families, and collaborate with physicians to implement and adjust plans of care. Travel is required to serve patients in the community.
The ideal candidate has an RN license, experience in home care with Oasis familiarity, and is able to travel with reliable transportation. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role.
