Care Plus New Jersey is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary CRSC team. You will provide on-site nursing care tailored to adults 18+ with behavioral health crises, including psychiatric evaluations and medication management, in a 24/7 setting.
You will conduct initial assessments, develop multidisciplinary treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care, including telemedicine options.
