• Provide expert emergency care for critically ill or injured pets during overnight shifts.

• Engage in continuous learning, contributing to innovation and improvement of care standards.

• DVM/VMD degree required.
• Completion of a rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care preferred but not required.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in New Jersey.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills; rapid and accurate assessment in emergencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
