GGG seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Document Compliance Coordinator to collaborate with cross-functional teams Shelter maintain food safety and quality documentation practices. This position will support the maintenance of our food safety programs, ensuring compliance with third-party and internal requirements.

This entry-level hybrid role is currently based in Paramus, NJ. Our company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison, NJ in Q4 of 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with this upcoming change in location.

Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier documentation and compliance through Trace Gains, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Assist with the completion of customer QA-related forms and questionnaires, ensuring clear and timely communication to fulfill supplier approval requirements.
  • Collect and input data into supplier and quality management systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure all documents remain up-to-date and compliant with FSMA аҭыԥ requirements.
  • Assist with onboarding new suppliers in Trace Gains.
  • Collaborate in the development of QA compliance programs, as needed.
Skills / Qualifications
  • Thorough attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. graduates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems such as Trace Gains, Repositrak, FoodLogiQ, and Share-ify is a plus.
  • 0‑2 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or an administrative support role preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field preferred.
Salary Range

$52,000 - $80,000 annually;
Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
