Manager Information & Responsibilities- Daily management of one shift (no double shifts or overnight closures).
- No open/close shifts for managers.
- Work alongside FOH and BOH staff.
- Conduct full inventory for each period.
- Full transparency on financial performance for performance‑based compensation.
- Fully implemented technology solutions to aid in daily tasks.
- Support and timely communication without intruding on personal time.
- Relocation opportunities within states operated.
- Hire exceptional team members consistently.
- Ensure equity and equality for all.
- Present and develop growth opportunities for team members.
- Provide the Turning Point experience for guests from start to finish.
- Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required).
- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team.
- Work effectively in partnerships.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude.
- Day shifts only.
- Available to work on holidays and weekends.
- Opportunity for occasional weekend off through approved shift swaps when staffing permits.
- 13 performance‑based bonus payments.
$55,000 – $65,000 per year with the ability to earn more with performance bonuses.
