PGA TOUR Superstore - Up to $18.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors;
Seek out and engage Customers throughout the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories);
Assist in keeping Hard Goods areas merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales;
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of various golf clubs and explain their features, benefits, and differences to Customers;
Assist Customers with club fitting, including selecting the right shaft, grip, and specifications for optimal performance
