Seasonal* Retail Sales Associate- Garden State Plaza

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a passion for the brand and products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service reflective of the brand.
• Engage with customers and share product features to help each customer find the right product for their need.
• Operate with a high degree of initiative and work well in a team environment.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively and professionally with team members.
• Communicate positively and effectively to customers and team members.

• High school diploma and/or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience working in a customer‑centric environment.
• Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability.
• Ability to work up to 29 hours per week.
• Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds; ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
