Luxury Customer Experience & Showroom Operations Specialist

We are seeking a polished, hospitality-driven leader to help create an elevated showroom experience within a premium retail environment. This is an opportunity for someone from a luxury hospitality or high-end customer service background to transition into a growing organization that values personality, professionalism, and relationship‑building over technical product expertise.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 35+ years of leadership experience within luxury hospitality, hotel operations, concierge services, premium retail, or high‑end customer‑facing environments
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship‑building abilities
  • Ability to confidently engage with affluent clientele while delivering a polished, luxury‑level customer experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, POS systems, or operational software platforms

Must Haves:

  • Create a hospitality‑driven showroom experience where customers feel welcomed, valued, and excited throughout their visit
  • Oversee showroom flow, front desk presentation, cleanliness, organization, and luxury‑level operational standards
  • Coordinate daily communication between showroom, warehouse, purchasing, installation, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Support onboarding, team accountability, and customer‑service training with a strong emphasis on professionalism, composure, and teamwork

Preferred Background &

Skills:

  • Background in luxury hotels, concierge operations, premium retail, or high‑end client services
  • Experience leading customer‑facing teams in fast‑paced environments with elevated service expectations
  • Existing relationships within luxury service industries, interior design, contractor, or local business communities
  • AV, electronics, home theater knowledge, or bilingual communication skills are considered a strong plus
