Stock Associate

Overview

Tommy Bahama is seeking an energetic and organized Retail Associate to support store operations and guest service.

• Process store merchandise onto the selling floor and replenish inventory.
• Collaborate with the Stock Coordinator to operate the stock room, ensuring organized storage and timely updates.
• Handle all inbound and outbound shipments accurately in accordance with Retail Operations Policies.
• Participate in store meetings, generate reports, and communicate inventory discrepancies.
• Provide world‑class service to guests and share product knowledge.

• 2+ years of guest service and store stock experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills, numeracy, and teamwork orientation.
• Organized, efficient, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
• Willingness to perform additional duties that support store business.

Rate Range: $15.00 (minimum wage) – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, location, and budget.
