Razer Store Evangelist – The first person customers meet when they enter the store. The Razer Store Evangelist proudly represents the Razer brand and genuinely enjoys helping customers with their Razer products.

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service, upsell, and make each customer feel valued and welcomed.
• Assist customers with product selection, provide product information, and offer recommendations.
• Demonstrate and showcase gaming products and peripherals, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising by ensuring the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Meet KPIs and sales goals.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales trends, console releases, and promotions to provide accurate information.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Maintain open and flexible availability to accommodate store needs and hours worked.
• Enforce all company policies, including health, safety, and security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store.
• Passionate about the gaming industry and eager to be part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic POS principles and cash handling.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attentive to customers.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and best customer service practices.
• At least 18 years old.
• High-school diploma or equivalent.

Salary range (annual): $37,445 - $64,058. Pay rate: $16 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience and location.
