Beauty Advisor- Loewe

Neiman Marcus is a leading luxury retailer known for exceptional customer experiences and premium beauty products.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $23.10 per hour (actual starting pay subject to market, experience, location).

Under direction from the Cosmetics Selling Manager, the Beauty Advisor will provide outstanding customer service, build individual and vendor sales volumes, maintain customer relationships, and manage the merchandising counter while closing sales.

• Maintain a customer‑centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improving sales through technology and wardrobe building.
• Showcase products differently for remote and in‑person clients.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, using omni‑channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobe building goals.
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobe building, outreach, and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
