What You'll Do
You'll lead all aspects of showroom performance, including sales, operations, talent development, and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals
- Foster an engaging culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
- Analyze business trends and implement strategies that improve performance
- Partner with senior leadership on staffing, succession planning, and strategic initiatives
- Continuously improve showroom operations and elevate the customer experience
What You Bring
- 3-5+ years of successful retail leadership with P&L accountability
- Experience leading commissioned sales teams
- Luxury retail, home furnishings, interior design, or direct-to-the-trade experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and business planning skills
- A passion for developing people, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving results
Schedule
This is a full-time leadership position requiring flexibility to support showroom operations, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods. Typical schedules range from 40-50 hours per week based on business needs.
