Job Overview

As a Fulfillment Colleague, you play a key role in creating a seamless and personalized shopping experience for our omni‑channel customers. Your responsibilities combine sales floor engagement with back‑of‑house fulfillment tasks—selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders with care, and assisting with in‑store and curbside pickup.

• Greet customers with genuine hospitality and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Choose merchandise, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with in‑store and curbside pickup, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain a shoppable space: recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
• Engage customers on the floor, during curbside pickups, and through timely order fulfillment to build trust and loyalty.
• Finish strong by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have all they need, and concluding interactions with a sincere thank‑you.
• Organize the stockroom, complete orders, and set the team up for the next day’s success.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week; part‑time colleagues are scheduled 12–24 hours per week. All schedules require weekend shifts. Hours may vary based on business needs and colleague availability. Hours required for benefit eligibility are available on the employee benefits portal.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Reaching above eye level, close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and the ability to process register transactions.
