Lead the Footwear department by delivering expert product knowledge and an exceptional athlete experience focused on fit and performance.;
Coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure the department is always ready to meet athlete needs.;

Build and lead a strong team, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining direct reports.;
Create and manage effective schedules to meet athlete traffic and payroll/financial goals while ensuring policy compliance.
