Client Advisor​/Operations Hybrid - Garden State Plaza

Summary

The Client Advisor/Operations Hybrid will split time between client advisory duties and store operations at the Garden State Plaza location. You will act as a brand ambassador, proactively engaging clients to deliver personalized service and guide them across the brand. The role also supports back-of-house efficiency and contributes to the store's business strategy and overall client experience.

• Provide personalized client service and proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals.
• Deliver the Louis Vuitton brand experience and ensure high standards of presentation and clienteling.
• Perform back-of-house operational tasks to maintain store efficiency and inventory readiness.
• Support execution of business strategy and in-store initiatives to enhance the client experience.

• Passion for luxury retail with strong clienteling and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to manage operational responsibilities and maintain organized back-of-house processes.
• Flexibility to work retail hours and adapt to a split client advisor/operations schedule.
