Job Specifics are as Follows:

• No Cold Calling…receive a consistent flow of well-screened incoming leads/meetings from interested homeowners.
• Require professional demeanor, strong communication skills and strong pricing and closing skills. Ability to working both independently and as part of a cohesive sales team.
• Experience in Home Improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal ability to interact effectively with internal GTFM employees as well as customers.
• Solid technology skills (Microsoft Office suite) including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• We provide high quality training, managerial oversight, and support staff.
• No overnight travel. Night and weekend appointments are required in conjunction with homeowner schedules.
• Compensation based upon performance (typically exceeds $100K in YR
  1), medical and 401K provided.
