CRM / Account Manager's Responsibilities and Duties:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer accounts and day-to-day client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and account-related documentation
- Track customer activity and maintain accurate CRM records
- Respond to client inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Prior experience in customer service, account management, CRM support, or a related role
- Interest in technology or previous experience working for a technology company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with customers and internal teams
