Longbridge Financial is seeking an experienced, sales‑and‑process‑oriented professional to join its Third‑Party Origination (Wholesale) channel as an H4S Specialist. This individual will be responsible for the development, management, and monetization of the HELOC for Seniors (H4S) loan pipeline across Brokers, Principal Agents, and Closed Loan Sellers (CLS). The role is highly focused on HELOC sales execution, operational oversight, and partner support, while helping build strong and lasting partner relationships.

Pipeline

Management & Revenue Optimization
  • Manage and maintain the H4S pipeline across assigned wholesale partners
  • Monitor pipeline performance and identify opportunities to increase funding volume
  • Re‑engage stalled or inactive loan opportunities and drive them toward successful funding
Partner Engagement & Customer Service
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partners on H4S‑related scenarios and pipeline updates
  • Provide a high level of customer service and responsiveness to external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Support partners with loan structuring, product positioning, and process guidance
Sales & Production Support
  • Assist in driving adoption of HELOC for Seniors across existing and new accounts
  • Help partners identify opportunities to utilize H4S with their client base
  • Support Account Executives by providing product expertise, deal support, and sales guidance
Operational & Process Management
  • Track and document all H4S loan activity across internal systems and partner pipelines
  • Ensure alignment between partners, operations, and internal sales teams throughout the lifecycle of the loan
  • Identify process gaps and work with internal teams to improve efficiency and overall partner experience
Training & Education
  • Provide product and process training to partners as needed
  • Support the development of educational materials and sales tools for H4S
  • Help partners understand borrower eligibility, loan structure, and application process
Channel Growth & Strategy
  • Work closely with Wholesale Sales Leadership to support growth initiatives
  • Help expand H4S adoption across key partner accounts
  • Provide feedback from partners to inform product enhancements and operational improvements
Compliance & Product Knowledge
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of HELOC products, guidelines, and underwriting considerations
  • Stay current on industry developments, compliance standards, and market trends impacting HELOC lending
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience in HELOC, home equity, or mortgage lending (wholesale preferred)
  • Strong background in sales support and partner management
  • Experience in loan pipeline management and operations
  • Strong customer service and partner‑facing experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partner pipelines simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex lending concepts
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, operations, and product teams

Target base salary range is 65K which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. Additionally, this role is commission based.
