L0703 DCH Paramus Honda in Paramus, New Jersey oversees the appointment setter / call center role for Internet and Phone Sales.

The appointment setter (or BDC Admin) utilizes selling ability, computer skills, a courteous phone manner, and a positive attitude to get clients in the door.

• Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
• Contact Internet customers via email, phone, and text to schedule a sales appointment.
• Follow up with the Sales Department to confirm if the appointment was kept and determine the outcome.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, with follow‑up calls and a commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with each customer.
• Meet or exceed monthly goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience with sales or telemarketing preferred.
• Experience in phone sales, business development, or customer service highly preferable.
• Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with potential clients/customers.
• First‑class verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Organized, multi‑tasked, self‑motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team or independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Superior time‑management and prioritization skills required.
• Computer literate and able to type.
• High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older required.

Estimated annual compensation: $40,000 – $75,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, bonus, commission, location, etc.
