About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive, sales-driven Account Manager to manage inbound leads, build strong relationships with brokers and investors, and drive revenue through consistent follow-up and client engagement.
This is not a passive service or administrative role. You will be on the phone daily, working warm leads, uncovering opportunities, and moving deals to our internal operations team. We will provide full training on hard money lending and real estate finance, but you must bring strong sales fundamentals.
What You’ll Do- Work company-generated inbound leads (both brokers and direct borrowers).
- Qualify new opportunities, understand borrower needs, and position financing solutions.
- Build ongoing relationships with active brokers/investors and repeat borrowers.
- Manage deals from initial conversation through signed term sheet.
- Maintain consistent activity (calls, follow-ups, emails) in the CRM to drive pipeline growth.
- Communicate clearly, set expectations, and deliver a high-touch client experience.
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly production targets.
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, canvassing, or phone-based client engagement. (Industry experience is not required, sales drive is).
- Strong phone presence. Comfortable controlling conversations and asking questions.
- Competitive, self-motivated, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage a pipeline and prioritize multiple deals at once.
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a high-activity, performance-based environment.
- Full-time, in-office availability in Paramus, NJ.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
- Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses (Top performers earn $150k–$200k+)
- Full training in private lending, deal structuring, and real estate investment
