About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Business Sales Executive Mobility for our National Business Sales team at AT&T. The role focuses on selling innovative mobility solutions to small and mid‑size business customers, hunting new opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue throughout the assigned territory.
CompensationCompetitive base salary plus a performance‑based commission structure. At 100% of the sales target, annual earnings typically range from $145,500 to $182,200, with commission capped at 500% of target – potential earnings of $365,000 or more for high achievers. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus is also available.
Key Responsibilities- Lead generation and prospecting: hunt new leads, make cold calls, door knocks, and meet daily quotas.
- Client engagement: assess communication and technology needs of small and mid‑size business customers and present tailored growth opportunities.
- Account development: establish and nurture long‑term relationships, growing new accounts and expanding existing ones.
- Consultative selling: use consultative skills to overcome objections, identify trends, and close sales opportunities.
- Proposal development: draft responses to RFPs and present products/services that benefit customers.
- Strategic initiatives: design and implement initiatives to grow and retain revenue streams of complex accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of outside or B2B sales experience, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills; hunter mindset with resilience and perseverance.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
- Experience managing sales funnels and proficiency with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of IT and advanced technology solutions.
