Mercedes-Benz of Paramus is hiring BDC Administrators for our Sales Department. This is a full‑time position with Saturday availability required and one weekday off. Earning potential is $60k to $80k annually based on performance, and the hourly wage starts at $18.00 with bonuses for appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approval.

• Gather accurate customer information to build a database for follow‑up and retention.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product information, sales pricing, dealership and manufacturer events, and promotions.
• Use computer and phone skills within the Internet department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Schedule appointments with inbound customer calls, floor traffic leads, previous customers, referrals, generic leads, and service and parts customers.

• Experience in call center or BDC roles.
• Background in customer‑facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality, or business development preferred but not required.
• Ability to prioritize customer experience with a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
• High School graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older.
