Associate Trade Sales Consultant (Early Career Sales Program)

Are you a recent college graduate looking to launch a career in sales? The Associate Trade Sales Consultant role is a developmental position designed for early-career professionals interested in building a career in outside sales.

In this role, you'll gain hands‑on experience supporting customers, learning Pella's products and sales processes, and partnering with experienced sales professionals. Through training, mentoring, and real-world customer interactions, you'll develop the skills needed to progress into an Outside Trade Sales Consultant position, typically within 6-12 months.

• Candidates with internship, customer service, retail sales, leadership, or business development experience
• Individuals interested in a long‑term sales career path

• Bachelor's degree completed within the past three years or expected prior to start date
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and customer‑focused mindset

• Internship experience in sales, marketing, business, customer service, construction, or related fields
• Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, campus involvement, volunteer work, or employment
• Experience working directly with customers
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or business software

The pay for this role is $25/hr., with eligibility to receive other supplemental earnings such as over‑time. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
