They cultivate strong team relationships, contribute to shop excellence in sales and operations, consistently surpass daily sales goals, and create a fun, inclusive environment.

• Driving Sales: Utilize Store Force dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of results and grow contribution to overall sales.

  Deliver a world‑class experience to every customer, listen attentively, ask open questions, and demonstrate product benefits.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values – Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging – and host community initiatives.
• Product Passion: Expand product knowledge, stay current on ingredients and benefits, and make informed recommendations.

• Development: Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, assess performance, seek feedback.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication, listen to team perspectives, foster belonging, and recognize contributions.

• Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present. Prioritize wellbeing, take breaks, stay informed.
• Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store.
• Stock and Inventory: Adjust product displays in real time based on sales.
• Policies and Procedures: Practice standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, health and safety.

Required:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays
• NOTE:
  
  Candidates under 18 will be employed on a contract basis via the Lush Youth Employment Program.

Preferred:

• Experience with consultation‑based customer service models
• Strong problem‑solving skills for daily operations
• Team‑work experience
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
