Who We're Looking For:

Experienced call center and BDC representatives

Customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality, business development roles preferred but not required

Ability to prioritize customer experience through a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential customers

What You'll Do:

Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention

Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.

Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.

Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

Total Rewards The hourly wage for this position is $18.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
