Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening procedures, directional support, and general assistance in a healthcare location while following post orders and client guidelines;
Support medical center operations by helping to de-escalate tense interactions, reporting policy violations, and coordinating with staff and/or first responders when needed
