Branch Security Officer - Garden State Plaza

Summary

The Brand Security Officer provides security and operational support at the Garden State Plaza store, ensuring the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise while delivering the Tiffany client experience. The role combines strategic oversight and hands-on execution of security procedures, incident response, and back-of-house operations. The officer will work closely with store management and the central security team to deter loss and support store performance.

• Provide security and operations support to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
• Partner with senior security and store management to implement incident management procedures and follow daily inspections.
• Maintain and test security systems, manage key access, and complete required reports.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with back-of-house operations and facilities repairs.
• Support sales and service by delivering a positive client experience and acting as a brand ambassador.

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: 1 year prior experience in a security-related or retail/security environment.
