Security Guard Mobile Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized access, theft, loitering, and/or disruptive behavior;
Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site management, Allied Universal leadership, and/or local emergency responders as needed
