Security Officer Part Time Vehicle Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.;
Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, policy violations, and other security-related issues to appropriate personnel.;
Assist with directing visitors, providing information, and supporting a welcoming environment while maintaining professional communication with property staff and local responders as needed
