Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, retail corridors, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.;
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
