Security Supervisor

• Coordinate safety, Security, and Emergency Management initiatives.
• Coordinate Guest Management and Reception Services under the Director of Security and Public Safety.
• Direct all assigned officers in the performance of their duties.
• Maintain control of parking facilities.
• Assist with transportation by driving personnel and/or supplies when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years security experience, preferably in health care, or two years of police experience.
• Current and valid New Jersey driver's license.
• Acceptable driving record for the duration of employment while driving remains a job responsibility.
• Minimum six hours training in Crisis Intervention.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively interact with customers to meet their needs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
• Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule.
• Ability to set priorities, make effective decisions, and respond quickly to customers' needs.

Demonstrates expertise in safety, security, and emergency management while effectively coordinating guest management and reception services. Proven ability to lead security personnel, maintain operational control, and provide excellent customer service in a healthcare environment.
