Lobby Receptionist, Security – Part Time, Evening

• Greet patients, visitors, physicians, and employees.
• Direct patients, visitors, physicians, and employees.
• Provide helpful information to patients, visitors, physicians, and employees.
• Respond to emergency requests.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak clear and fluent English.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to interact with patients, family members, visitors, physicians, sales representatives, and members of the general public.
• Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule.
• Ability to remain composed during interruptions and changes.
• Ability to set priorities and solve problems.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergency requests.

Demonstrates strong communication skills, both oral and written, while effectively interacting with patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. Capable of managing multiple tasks and responding to emergency situations with composure and efficiency.
