You will serve as a lead technical expert, diagnosing and resolving complex refrigeration issues for high-profile commercial and industrial clients. This role empowers you to take full ownership of your job sites while backed by 40 years of industry-leading reputation and state-of-the-art equipment. Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical failures in commercial refrigeration systems to restore client operations.

Execute precision repairs and installations using state-of-the‑art tools and technology provided by the company.

Communicate technical issues and logistical needs clearly to the Service Manager to ensure rapid project completion.

Manage a rotating on‑call weekend schedule to provide dedicated emergency support to our industrial partners.

Maintain high standards of workmanship that uphold our four‑decade legacy of quality and customer dedication.

Coordinate personal dispatch schedules and equipment transport to ensure on‑time arrival at various project sites.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HVAC/R service and repair.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial‑grade equipment independently.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for relaying critical field information.

Advanced technical training or certifications in specialized commercial refrigeration systems.

Experience working in a fast‑paced field operations environment with minimal oversight.

Demonstrated history of reliability and punctuality in a mobile service role.
