Whether you're beginning your career or bringing experience from construction, general labor, or another trade, we'll provide the training and support needed to succeed.
As a Emergency Restoration Technician
, you'll help homeowners and businesses recover after water damage, mold, and other property emergencies. Every day is different, and you'll be part of a team that makes a real impact when customers need it most.

- Company vehicle and equipment for eligible positions
- Travel to residential and commercial properties to assist with emergency restoration projects
- Perform water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, drying, and cleanup services
- Set up, inspect, and monitor drying equipment
- Safely remove damaged materials while following company procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and fellow team members
- Assist Crew Chiefs with project completion and daily job responsibilities
- Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and with high-quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license required
- Dependable with strong attendance and a positive attitude
- Comfortable performing physical work in a variety of environments
- Able to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces
- Available to work overtime and participate in an after‑hours on‑call rotation
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Construction or demolition
- Water mitigation or mold remediation
Plumbing, carpentry, or other skilled trades - General labor experience
- IICRC certifications
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
