Licensed Clinicians – Paramus, NJ

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Paramus, New Jersey.

• LCSW fully and independently licensed in New Jersey.
• Clinicians must reside and be licensed in the state in which they will practice.

Up to $120,900 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• A true partnership with the team.
• Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children.
• Candidates interested in growth into leadership or supervisory roles.
• Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
• Strong character: integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
