  • Coordinate escalation and resolution of warehouse issues that may impact customer orders, sales execution, or service commitments.
  • Support daily order prioritization and alignment with Customer Operations and Commercial when critical orders require attention.

  • Coordinate with Logistics Specialist and inbound partners when shipment arrivals or documentation affect warehouse receiving execution.
  • Monitor warehouse execution of value‑added services such as labeling, NOM‑related labeling activities, packaging support, POSM handling, and other in‑scope warehouse activities.
  • Track high/peak season capacity needs and support escalation when additional warehouse resources or overtime may be required.
Inventory Accuracy and Control
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, inventory status, cycle count execution, annual physical inventory process, and monthly reconciliation activities.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with the 3PL, IT/SAP, Finance, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support inventory reconciliation between SAP and WMS, including issue clarification, adjustment follow‑up, damaged goods, blocked inventory, and pending inventory actions.
  • Track cycle counts, annual physical inventory preparation, count results, root causes, and action plans.
  • Ensure warehouse inventory processes support accurate product availability and order fulfillment.
