Accounting Analyst

Description

The Accounting Analyst supports daily accounting operations by processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate billing, payments, and reconciliations.

Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 |

• Reconcile commission statements
• Process vendor and carrier payables
• Invoice customer insurance premiums
• Record agency revenue deposits
• Post customer and carrier premium payments

• High school diploma or GED required
• Accounting experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
