Client Relations Representative

Job Summary:
Client Relations Representatives are the front-line liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 | #LI-ONSITE

Duties/Responsibilities:- Answer phone and manage high volume inbound calls-warmly connecting clients to correct departments and/or carrier care centers
- Assist with walk-in clients
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high quality customer service
- Effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
- Take and upload payments
Position Requirements :
Strong verbal and written communication skills Great active listening skills with a patient and empathetic attitude Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Comfortable working in fast-paced environments Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced Strong computer literacy Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
Education and Experience:
Prior Customer Service Experience desired
