• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• LBS1 endorsement
• Early Childhood Special Education or Early Childhood Education qualification

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction for preschool-aged children with special education needs
• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans and IEPs in collaboration with families and other professionals
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to foster growth and participation
• Maintain a welcoming and structured classroom that encourages social, emotional, and academic development
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and school staff to ensure a collaborative and supportive team around each student
