Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Training & Development Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills and performance through training new employees on all internal systems while maintaining up-to-date knowledge on the internal agency management systems. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage Agency Management System projects Assist employees with Agency Management System related issues Train and transition new hires and acquisitions Assist with acquisition data entry
Position Requirements:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty insurance license Experience with multiple Vertafore products is preferred High school diploma required Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail focusing on accuracy and thoroughness Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Ability to prioritize tasks Join us in fostering a culture of learning and development that empowers our employees to reach their full potential!
Pay Range: $36k - $45k / per year
