Overview
Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift (8–10 hour shifts preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $58,000–$66,000 annually ($25–$35/hr DOE)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and maintaining documentation to support quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair equipment issues across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot ladder logic and edit schematics as needed
- Install and relocate machinery and equipment
- Track work orders and document completed tasks in MRP systems
- Comply with all food safety and quality standards
- PLC control systems (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Automation Direct)
- Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Relay control systems
- Blow molding machines (injection or extrusion)
- High School Diploma or GED + technical certificates
- Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience
- Proficiency in reading schematics and ladder logic
- Background in plastic blow molding a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
