Job SummaryNow hiring four (4) junior-level Process Technicians to support high-speed production lines at a growing manufacturer in Paris, IL. Technicians are responsible for operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting production machinery while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and fine-tune blow molding and other production machinery.
- Perform shift handoffs, material loading, and container inspections.
- Address production issues promptly and document findings.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and organized work areas.
- Support safety protocols and participate in team-based goals.
- Assist with overtime or shift flexibility as needed.
- Blow molding machines
- Basic hand tools
- Inspection and measurement tools
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret production specs and drawings
- Strong coordination, attention to detail, and team mindset
